Virginia Quidditch Club
The USQ Official Team representing the University of Virginia. Also known as Quidditch at the University of Virginia Whomping Wahoos. Founded at UVa in 2012, the team has improved and expanded dramatically, making its first appearance at the Quidditch World Cup in 2014 and becoming a club sport at UVa later that year. UVa has another non-official team called Jefferson’s Army that also competes on the intercollegiate level. The teams can be contacted at quidditchatvirginia@gmail.com.
