Pillar Parkour
Parkour channels physical activity into something constructive. Mobility, balance, endurance and durability are just a few of the qualities that we improve through parkour. The founding philosophy of parkour is, “Be strong and useful.” Pillar strives to help all of our students embody that philosophy. Our environment for our students and instructors is one of safety and positivity, regardless of their experience or background. Pillar provides a safe space for students to realize their potential through parkour’s natural movements.
Pillar Parkour and Freerunning has now grown to be Richmond first dedicated parkour and freerunning facility. We strive to continue our focus creating and developing stronger and resilient athletes every day. Headlining our training with safety, strength, and longevity.
