NoVa Synchro

NoVa Synchro is a synchronized swimming team practicing throughout Northern Virginia. Their aim is for the athletes to have fun while learning new skills and techniques, so that our swimmers enjoy practices as much as they enjoy the challenge of competition and performances.
The program is for girls and boys ages 6 to 19 who can swim two lengths of a 25-yard pool and are interested in competitive synchronized swimming.,
