We will practice a unique style of moving meditation using awareness and breath to build strength and stamina while harmonizing the mind and body. The flow of the class is designed to induce positive physical and mental states of clarity, vitality, and relaxation. Join us to practice ancient asana movement, meditation, and breathing techniques. The class will leave you feeling restored and rejuvenated and at the same time help you to build strength and endurance. Open to all levels; modifications will be suggested for beginning to advanced practitioners.
Bring an open mind, your presence in body and mind and wear comfortable clothes. Don’t worry about shoes. We leave them at the door to be able to connect with the earth during our practice.
